Depending on the organisation’s size and the complexity of the assessment, the certification process takes between 3 and 9 months.
The size of the organisation determines how many days the IPMA Delta assessors will spend on-site (2 days minimum).
10% of all projects and project managers are chosen for the self-assessment (module P). Each self-assessment takes on hour (on average).
