	Programme management to innovate effectively Teaches you to develop competencies needed to manage programmes – in addition to what is needed to manage major projects.
	Managing the corporate project portfolios Teaches you to develop and implement a portfolio management system that includes a needed single project model as well as models and methods for prioritising projects, estimation of resources and measuring of the business benefits.
	Critical success factors for managing large projects Teaches you to understand different types of complexities, to realize the shortage and benefits of traditional project management; and to recognize and apply opportunities of open innovation collaborative environments and different interaction management skills.
