Start your adventure with the IPMA Project Excellence (PE) Model. Become an IPMA PE Award Assessor and get a unique experience in project assessment! The assessors are the heart of the IPMA PE Award assessment process. The first step in becoming an award assessor is to take a part in one of two PE Award Trainings this year that prepare you for that role.
Active participation in the PE Award Training will give you the opportunity to:
- Get to know the IPMA Project Excellence Model;
- Practise how to use the model and how to objectively assess projects on the basis of an original application;
- Discuss and exchange views with well-experienced colleagues during the training;
- Develop the special capability to impartially assess the quality of a project and to compare it to others.
This ability will be useful for your organisation, and potentially for your customers.
