Coaching for Development is a not-for-profit initiative that seeks to bring project management knowledge to developing countries.

Its mission is to assist people in social sectors to develop their competences, helping to reduce inequality. This initiative has been in the Young Crew portfolio since 2009, being the first workshop in Kathmandu, Nepal, in September 2010.

Who: Entrepreneurs, young project managers and students in developing countries. These events are also of interest to social entrepreneurs, Non-Governmental Organizations, Non-profits, Social and Humanitarian projects.

Why: To empower society within the developing countries with modern cross-cultural knowledge in the field of project management. This is done by developing competences and creating networking opportunities.
