The IPMA Young Crew organizes events targeted at different interest groups; all have a bit of fun, together with serious leadership development:
The Global Young Crew Workshop is our flagship event. With around a hundred participants from more that twenty countries, it is a reference for young professionals and students wanting to share in a premium and fun learning experience.
The creACTivity series focuses on one very important trait of project managers: creativity. Having been celebrated in 9 countries through different formats (from one afternoon to two days), it is a refreshing pit stop for some, and a eye opener for others. CreACTivity is especially interesting for those coming from completely different backgrounds.
Coaching for Development focuses project managers into development aid and social projects. To give your career and network a boost participate and volunteer with us to coach these very important project managers.
The Project Management Championships is celebrated in different countries to serve as a platform for young students to challenge themselves to the next level. At the end, there can only be one champion team, the best project managers!
In parallel, National Young Crews organize many internationally oriented events. Stay tuned to our news for those events! You can do that by subscribing to our newsletter here. Also stay tuned in your national Young Crew for events that are happening in your country.

GeCCO – Global eCollaboration 2012

GeCCo is a unique project that aims to connect the well spread network of Young Crews around the world. In September 2012 over 90 young project managers from 14 Young Crews worldwide will work distributed on a challenging case study that has to be well prepared.
The team behind this great event is itself an interesting construct. The core team takes over the Project Management and the Sponsoring and outsources many tasks to supporters and Local Organizers. On February 25, 2012 the team of GeCCo finally met in person though in a virtual way in a streamed media event. The Local Organizers of all the participating countries had the chance to get to know each other. Check out the video and have a look if your country is in. Contact your local organizer for further information! Stay tuned and like us on Facebook!
